Exciting New Office News for CY Partners!

CY Partners are delighted to announce the opening of their new office in London over the summer. It comes on the back of several years’ growth within the southern region for this niche science recruitment firm originating from Newcastle. In the London office currently works the wonderful Neil Walton and Matt Williams with support in payroll, marketing and key account servicing coming from the wider CY Partners team. They are looking to expand imminently so get in touch if you’re interested in joining them! They have worked incredibly hard and have seen much success both before and after opening the office, which prompts the question why have one?

Well, why indeed! Is it the onsite café or the fully accessible gym and pool next door? Possibly, I mean that sounds great doesn’t it, but I believe it is more to do with establishing a healthy work – life balance, inspiring team work and relationship building. As a growing team, having somewhere in the physical world to train and learn together is a positive thing. All of us at CY have commented on the energy we get from connecting with our team mates in person and we have also mentioned how much more productive we can sometimes be when concentrating alone.

Everyone at CY works on a fully flexible hybrid working model in which employees can be in the office as little or as much as they want. I know, what a privileged position we are in, not every industry can do this. Thank-you digital technology for our virtual world. These two powerful worlds are complimenting each other and it seems to be, so far, working for us. Possibly because the process of arranging ourselves is non-judgemental, respectful and flexible and we can change our routines as and when we need to. We are leaving no one behind and so we have both. A hub to collaborate and share energy in and spokes to take it back and get things done. Everyone is different and every company is different and so there is no blueprint of what to do, rather decisions made to nurture and flourish on a case-by-case basis. So London has a new CY Partners hub. And we are flourishing!
