Exciting One Nucleus and Future of Work Collaboration for Employer of Choice Series

Cambridge UK: 14 April 2022

One Nucleus is delighted to announce a unique collaboration with the Future of Work Institute to host 5 one-hour seminars for our Employer of Choice Series through 2022.

Aligning employer and employee needs, values and aspirations in the workplace produces many opportunities irrespective of company size or business model. The purpose of this collaboration is to provide our members with real world insights, guidance, and best practices on becoming employers of choice in order to attract and develop their best team.

Over the next couple of weeks, you will receive a formal invitation from us to register for the launch of this collaboration and the first event “Creating a Destination Workplace” on Wednesday 11 May 2022 from 11.00–12.00.

Barry Winkless, CSO of Cpl and Head of the Future of Work Institute, states: ‘We are really excited about the collaboration with One Nucleus - it very much fits with our transformational talent strategy, and we look forward to providing unique perspectives to the members of One Nucleus’.

We look forward to working with Barry and the team to bring practical ideas to our members in supporting them in their growth journey.

About One Nucleus

Established in 1997, One Nucleus is an award winning not-for-profit Life Sciences & Healthcare membership organisation centred on the Greater London-Cambridge-East of England corridor. Headquartered in Cambridge, at the heart of Europe’s largest Life Sciences & Healthcare cluster, we support those institutions, companies and individuals undertaking activity in or with the above region.

Through providing the local, UK-wide and international connectivity, One Nucleus seeks to enable our members to maximise their performance. This support helping them achieve, or better still exceed, the goals they have set for themselves. Biomedical and Healthcare R&D have always been impactful in driving social and economic progress. In an increasingly outsourced, collaborative and multi-disciplinary sector, bringing the best people together is key to translating great innovation into great products that markedly improve patient outcomes and drive economic development. Attracting and enabling the best people to engage with is at the heart of the One Nucleus team ethos and what we continually strive to deliver.
