First Dedicated R&D Space Comes to Market at Peterborough Research & Innovation Centre

Newly built Research & Development (R&D) space is available at the Peterborough Research & Innovation Centre on Bishops Road, PE1 5BW.

The Research & Innovation Centre is set to provide a hub for science and technology businesses in Peterborough.  Due for completion by the end of 2022, the building will be located adjacent to the newly opened ARU Peterborough campus. The building will seek to strengthen links between academia and industry, establish skills and learning in the very heart of the city, and provide a platform for an innovation eco-system with a university at its core.

The building provides Grade A R&D space with 3 floors available, as an entire let or flexible research and development space. The building offers up to 17,212 sq ft of space, with suite sizes ranging from 775 sq ft to 1,334 sq ft with options to take up contiguous spaces.  The emphasis will be on flexibility, with the final set up and sizes dependent on the needs of the occupiers. A flexible floorplate design enables various zoning configurations.

Space is available to let from December 2022 at a starting quoting rent of £15 per sq. ft.
