One Nucleus Summer Life Sciences Dinner, Wednesday 6 July 2022
On the eve of our annual ON Helix Conference, we were pleased to welcome over 100 guests to attend the inaugural One Nucleus Summer Life Sciences Dinner on the stunning grounds of Babraham Research Campus.
The evening began with a networking drinks reception and once seated, Tony Jones, CEO, One Nucleus thanked the sponsors and guests for attending and supporting the evening.
In between courses, names were pulled out of a hat and six lucky winners received a copy of the book, ‘Cambridge per diem’ by Rosie Zanders. In this book, Rosie has collated at least one interesting Cambridge-related fact that happened on every day of the calendar year. Of course, everyone checked what happened on their birthday first!
There was an infectious buzz as old and new colleagues and friends connected over great food and drinks. Overall, it was a wonderful evening.
Jon Green, COO of IONTAS and Chairman of One Nucleus, who attended the event said: “The inaugural ON Helix dinner on Wednesday night was a great success. It was an opportunity for the Life Science industry and service providers to mingle and mix in a great location, eat some superb food and catch up with colleagues and friends. It is obvious that everyone has missed this type of event over the last couple of years. I am sure that this dinner will become a regular feature of the Life Sciences calendar”.
Tony Jones, CEO of One Nucleus added: “The role of a membership group in bringing the Life Science community together to share their news, learning from each other as they stimulate the next ideas and deals is never far from the thoughts of the One Nucleus team. We are privileged to be in a position to assemble such a group that ultimately will lead to a change for the better in the lives of millions of patients. The dinner illustrated fantastically the dynamic and people driven nature of our sector where collaboration is key to success.”
