About the speaker
As Senior National Account Manager at PACK’D, Mitch Lee is on a mission to drive awareness around the benefits of frozen food and the role it plays for sustainability.

Mitch is host of “The Unfounders” podcast where he unwraps fantastic employee stories in the startup world, along with a carer committed to brand initiatives that prioritise both health and the planet. He founded the frozen plant-based ready meal company Mitch’s Kitchen and has worked for other mission-led brands such as Heura, Purezza and La Fauxmgerie.

Mitch is passionate about promoting sustainable and healthy food choices and has followed a vegan diet for ten years.
