Instinctif Partners Makes Managing Partner Promotions

Instinctif Partners’ Corporate and Capital Markets practice has made two Managing Partner promotions in its UK business.

Nick Woods, who leads the Financial Services team, has become the company’s youngest ever Managing Partner, while Melanie Toyne-Sewell has been promoted within the firm’s Life Sciences team.

Melanie has been with the firm for nine years and leads on capital markets communications within the Life Sciences team. A seasoned financial PR, as well as a qualified accountant, she has developed a strong reputation and network within the European healthcare & life sciences industry. As Managing Partner, she will co-lead the Life Sciences team with Sue Charles.

Nick has been head of the firm’s financial services offer for the last three years. During this time, he has driven the financial performance of the team and well as fusing the corporate and capital markets disciplines in a sector-led approach. He has worked at Instinctif for five years, during which time he has rapidly risen through the ranks.

There has been a total of 24 promotions this year across the firm’s 100-strong Corporate and Capital Markets team.
