Campaigns Specialist (FTC maternity cover) 9-12 Months

You will help transform Biocair’s new marketing strategy into regionally relevant inspiring marketing campaigns that create customer value, revenue, and growth. Through building integrated customer journeys, crafting the right message and selecting the right channel mix, you will help shape and deliver key marketing campaigns, whilst maximising campaign effectiveness and return on investment.

This task will be accomplished through a variety of campaign objectives, including but not limited to, lead generation, brand awareness, increasing sales and/or revenue, new service promotion and targeting new customers.

This position requires execution of marketing tactics that span the customer buying journey including creating awareness, establishing interest, promoting education, driving customers toward a purchase, and ultimately developing brand loyalty.

This is a UK based role and the right to live and work in the UK will need to be established during the recruitment process. Please note we are not currently a Home Office visa sponsorship licence holder.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full campaign lifecycle, from implementation and measurement to reviewing and optimisation.
• Develop project / campaign plans using the full marketing mix and taking the customer’s multi-channel journey into consideration.
• Define campaign objectives and success metrics. Measure, monitor, and report on campaign objectives and success metrics during and after campaign launch.
• Liaise with the wider marketing team, including the Content & Comms Specialist and the Marketing Coordinator, to plan and deploy each campaign.
• Track and analyse all project results, continually looking to ensure our channels and tactics are performing and achieving ROI.
• Drive results by challenging and proactively making recommendations based on data to improve performance.
• Understand the target market, their pain points and their needs to help shape our marketing messages and channel selection.
• Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.

Skills, Experience and Education

• Bachelor's degree in marketing / business / life sciences , or related field (essential)
• Experience in a similar role (essential)
• Experience working with various marketing tools required, including but not limited to:
• Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Metrics and data visualization tools.
• SEO tools.
• Marketing Work Management systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Experience working in a Life Sciences or logistics company, or a marketing agency, preferred.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions (essential)
• Knowledge of a second language
