In April, we will launch our new strategy which will shape and guide the work we do through to 2030. Quite uniquely, this has been co-created with the Brain Tumour community over more than a year and represents transformational and inspired commitments which our new CEO will spearhead the best-in-class delivery of.

We are looking for an inspirational, growth-oriented and progressive CEO to lead a hugely talented team and to help us accelerate on our journey towards beating brain tumours.

You will be able to harness the power of our organisation bringing commerciality, creativity and energy to all you do. Digitally astute, you’ll be excited by the opportunities to use new technologies to deliver and champion our impact. Compassionate, with exceptional communication skills, you will enjoy being a visible leader, experienced in working with a diverse group of stakeholders focused on tackling complex issues. You will need the courage and patience to speak out, influence and change policy, and to bring together people and organisations from across the Brain Tumour sector - understanding that together we are stronger. Strategic in your outlook, you will bring the ability to translate vision into operational plans and also be able to roll your sleeves up when necessary.
