PredictImmune Ltd was created in early 2017 as a spin-out from the Department of Medicine, University of Cambridge, UK. It is a new generation molecular diagnostics company offering a unique approach to the prognosis of immune-mediated diseases such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), Lupus, Multiple Sclerosis etc.

PredictImmune is developing whole-blood based prognostic assays that are simple, robust, RT- PCR tests consistent with methodologies in routine use in clinical laboratories. We aim to be the first company to offer predictive tests in immune-mediated diseases which will facilitate personalised treatment and thereby improve patient outcomes and health economics.

PredictImmune has just completed a £10m fund raising and has successfully launched its first test for IBD globally and it will be providing its proprietary technology as both a laboratory service and as a kit depending on the needs of global markets requirements.

PredictImmune’s mission is to improve patient treatment and outcome in these under served and chronic immune mediated diseases by enabling clinicians to make the right decision at the time of diagnosis.

With continued growth, we are now seeking a Marketing & Customer Support Administrator who will report to Head of HR & Office Administration and be responsible for providing administrative day to day support across marketing, QA and finance.

Person specification:
• BSc in a science subject; preferably life sciences, pharmacy, biology etc. or similar
• Team player with excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Able to communicate at all levels
• Energetic and outgoing with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Willingness to gain experience in a fast-moving environment
• A structured and well organised thinker

Key elements of role:

Marketing & Customer Support:
o Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
o Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
o Communicating with customers & partners through various channels.
o Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
o Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
o Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
o Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
o Manage small amounts of incoming calls
o Identify and assess customers’ & partners’ needs to achieve satisfaction
o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
o Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
o Take the extra mile to engage customers and vendors

Support Finance and Admin with accounting tasks to enable to the Company to process invoices and payments:
o Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
o Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
o Take the extra mile to engage customers and vendors
o Supporting FD and Accounts team with administrative activities
o Accounts experience and knowledge of accounting systems (especially Xero) would be an advantage.

Support Quality Dept. in managing documentation and the Quality system for the Company:
o Processing and tracking documentation, forms, applications, and requests.
o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
o Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
o Take the extra mile to engage colleagues
o Supporting Quality and Operations with various tasks
