We are looking for a position of:

Medical Liaison Manager / Europe, USA

Location: Poland, Europe

We're looking for Medical Science Liaisons (MLS) who will be responsible for building relationships with leading physicians and KOLs at major academic institutions and clinics especially in oncology and /or gastrology in Europe and USA.

As an MLS, you'll maintain professional positive relations with key clinical stakeholders to ensure that diagnostics are delivered on time and help save life the people.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain collaborations and relationships with key medical experts in the dedicated area.
• Taking part in conferences and seminars for physicians, directors of clinical centers.
• Support the medical community with up-to-date medical information, robust disease expertise, and product information.
• Communicate clinical insights on new data to the company’s Medical Affairs and communicate medical strategy for the therapeutic area.
• Support/cooperate with CRO in clinical development initiatives.
• Generate tactical, regional plans to provide needs-based, value-added support to the medical and scientific community in-line with company goals.

Requirements:

• MD or PhD in Medicine or Bioscience (nice to have medical expertise in one of the following area: oncology, gastrology, infectious diseases, immunology).
• Very strong work experience (+ 5 years) as medical liaison, cooperation with physicians in clinics and hospitals.
• Candidates must have well-established networks and active relationships with KOLs in the oncology (either gastrology, infectious diseases, immunology) and focused
on developing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with key medical experts.
• Knowledge of FDA (Food and Drug Administration) or MDR regulations, pharma regulations/compliant practices are required.
• Knowledge and experience with insight collections, qualitative data analytics.
• High-level of communication, interpersonal skills and presentation skills.
• Networking skills and the confidence to interact with senior experts on a peer-to-peer level.
• The ability to adapt presentation skills to meet the needs of different audiences, i.e. business-focused versus medical/scientific audience.
• Commercial acumen.
• Readiness for frequent business trips – Europe and US.
• Must have: fluency in English; other languages are welcome.
