Your role in our team:

We are looking for an office administrator to join the bit.bio Office Operations Team. Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administrator will provide hands on support, to ensure smooth running of the office, always maintaining a positive and friendly image to foster an environment that truly reflects the bit.bio culture and values.

You will thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment and will be looking for an opportunity to support the rapid growth of bit.bio from an office operations perspective.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Support office manager to ensure smooth running of the office
Deliver a first-class visitor experience
Day-to-day responsibility of office administration (eg: post, stationary, office supplies)
Maintain office housekeeping to a high standard
Maintain company databases in accordance with requirements
Process delegated purchase requests
Provide diary and email support to office manager
Champion good office working practices and culture (eg: Clear desk and hot-desking)
Assist with travel bookings as directed
Support team members with office and facilities related matters
