Duties and Responsibilities

The Associate will implement scalable recombinant protein production processes from microbial cell culture to meet project timelines.

Execute batch production and other manufacture operations.

Contribute to development of products & processes and technology transfer.

Contribute technically in cross-functional projects and non-conformance investigations.

Author laboratory notebook records, process descriptions and flow charts, process development reports, and other documentation/technical reports as needed for progression of assets.

Qualifications

Typically required BSc (0-2 years) relevant experience.

Good understanding of recombinant protein expression.

Hands-on experience with microbial fermentation using shaker flasks or bioreactors.

Hands-on experience with development and scale-up of microbial cell growth and lysis methods.
