They are currently looking for a highly motivated research associate/scientist to join the protein science teams where you will be contributing to the development of novel TCR Therapeutics. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to work in a dynamic environment and rapidly expand their knowledge and skillset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform DNA cloning and prepare DNA constructs for transfections.
• Express novel TCR formats in HEK293 and CHO cells in small, medium and large scale
• Perform protein purification and ensure proteins are of high-quality using protein analytical and assay techniques (SDS-PAGE, HPLC-SEC, ELISA)
• Maintain and establish cell lines required for protein production.
• Provide high-quality protein material to the downstream protein characterisation team.
