Queen Mary University of London is looking to appoint a Research Development Manager support researchers across all 3 faculties at Queen Mary University of London (QMUL), contributing to development activities and leading the coordination of the portfolio of Overseas Development Aid (ODA) funded research, in particular through the Global Challenges Research Fund (GCRF).

The primary purpose of the role is to lead on the lead the implementation of a strategy to increase in QMUL’s portfolio of Overseas Development Aid (ODA) compliant and international funding, facilitate and support current international partnerships and support the development of new international partnerships. Lead the development and implementation of systems to ensure ODA compliance, develop administrative aspects of this, develop project management processes, and be responsible for financial and administrative systems.

The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with experience in project management, proposal development and high level of organisation.

The post is full-time, fixed term for 1 year, with a starting salary of £47,325 per annum inclusive of London Allowance. Benefits include 30 days annual leave, defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.
