We seek bright, motivated and creative molecular biologists, biochemists, pharmacologists or cell biologists to join our RNA Development team to play a key role in developing our technology and establishing a pipeline of new vaccines and therapeutics. We would love to hear from you if you can demonstrate experience in particular of:
* Gene cloning and DNA plasmid assembly techniques
* RNA in vitro transcription, characterisation and QC
* Western blot, polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and capillary electrophoresis
* RT-PCR
* Culture of primary cells (eg dendritic cells) and cell lines
* ELISA/multiplex technologies eg Luminex or Mesoscale Devices system
* High content screening
* Cellular assay development and trouble shooting
* Reporter gene assays
* Flow cytometry
