Position
What/who we are looking for:
Subject matter expertise and credibility – extensive product management experience (preferably in liquid biopsy or genomic testing). Highly competent in managing multiple projects and complex products.
Someone who understands our market. Its evolving fast and we need someone with an eye on the ball at all times.
The ability to utilise market research to establish priority markets and identify opportunities for growth.
High empathy for both our external customers (i.e., Patients, Healthcare Professionals, biopharma and collaborators) and internal customers (senior stakeholders, cross-functional collaborators). Ability to tell the ‘Inivata product’ story with confidence.
An opportunity generator - Manage the creation of impactful product marketing content and product marketing campaigns for lead generation.
A ‘toolkit’ provider – Manage the delivery of supporting tools to enable product sales growth both directly and through strategic partners. If you have been in sales – that will be an added benefit.
Pragmatic, resourceful, deliver-driven problem solver.
HIPAA/GDPR Compliance: This position will
Agree to abide by Employment and Confidentiality Agreements and End User Policies
Commit to stay up to date on training requirements for HIPAA/GDPR
Understand the importance of the proper handling and disposal of ePHI and agrees to follow HIPAA/GDPR Regulations
Abide by the requirements for the proper disposal of equipment containing ePHI
Agree to report breaches and the improper handling of ePHI to the Company’s Privacy and Security Officers
Produce and adhere to proper validation documentation
Requirements
Education/Qualifications:
A BSc or similar degree in Biology, Genetics, Chemistry, immunology or other field related to next generation sequencing or molecular biology
Advanced Certificate/Diploma in Marketing or similar qualification
Requirements:
5+ years in a successful product manager role in a similar organization
Sales experience would be a plus
