We are seeking a Team and Group Leader, Computational Chemist for a rapidly growing UK based company.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious scientist to lead a team of 10 medicinal and computational scientists and modellers. This role will stay close to the science, whilst working with customers. Whilst having personal accountability for projects, the incumbent will also oversee projects, ensuring the team is performing, delivering on time and meeting deadlines

The ideal candidate will have a PhD/ BSc degree with a background in Computational Chemistry/ Medicinal Chemistry in the field of Drug Discovery. Experience in Pharma, Biotech or a CRO is sought as well as leadership experience.
