London, 12 February 2024 – Barton House, located on Abingdon Science Park, is the latest purpose-built laboratory facility to come to the market in Oxfordshire. Kadans Science Partner (“Kadans”) continues to expand this established cluster of innovative businesses on Abingdon Science Park, providing highly capable and flexible laboratory and office accommodation for world leading science to flourish.

The completion of Barton House also brings with it the opening of a brand-new café, adding much welcomed amenity to Abingdon Science Park, enhancing the well-being of occupiers and visitors. Run by Houston & Hawkes, the UK’s only B corp certified caterer, the café will also serve as a point for collaboration and networking opportunities for the scientific Ecosystem in Oxfordshire and the wider community.
