Kadans Science Partner has submitted a detailed planning application for a state-of-the-art life science building at Upper Brook Street. Working collectively with a consortium of partners, this significant development forms a key part of the transformative vision to deliver an exemplary new neighbourhood for the city.
The building consists of an expansive ground floor plus 7 upper floors. The lower portion of the building is oriented around a central atrium to provide informal break out zones and promote interdisciplinary collaboration. Through considered space planning, the floors are designed to accommodate a range of tenant sizes and sectors setting the foundation for a knowledge intensive ecosystem.
