A one hour lunch session to find out how to make subjective-objective probability logic a powerful tool in business decision making.

This session doesn’t require a mathematics degree! It's suitable for anyone involved in day to day business decisions, whether it is at strategic or operational level. It applies to all functions - marketing, sales, HR, R&D, production etc... and is particularly relevant to areas with limited existing data.

During the one hour lunch, Justin Hayward will outline the basics of setting up a decision and will provide simple examples on non-intuitive decisions in probability logic. There will be plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Justin Hayward has a career experience in leadership management in top investment banks and tech companies (including Arm) after a PhD in the maths department at Cambridge University and an MBA from the Judge Business School.
