Experienced Life Sciences Ecosystem Super-connector Joins the Innovative Industry Membership Organisation

One Nucleus, the Cambridge based not-for-profit membership organisation for life science businesses, is delighted to announce the appointment of Philippa Clark as their new Director of Business Development.

Philippa is a highly experienced professional in the life sciences sector with twenty years’ experience in client development and engagement to support growth. Philippa actively participates in numerous accelerator and mentoring programmes for young companies as well as supporting established businesses in their development needs. As a volunteer, Philippa serves on the ELRIG General Committee, a complementary membership organisation to One Nucleus.

Tony Jones, Chief Executive, One Nucleus, explained, “I am delighted to welcome Philippa to One Nucleus, joining the senior management team to help develop One Nucleus’s future in how we can optimally support our member companies. Well known to the sector, approachable, and trusted by a deep network of contacts within the industry, Philippa is an ideal fit for One Nucleus. From the creation of the London Biotechnology Network, absorbed into One Nucleus in 2010, we have been strong advocates of London’s Life Sciences industry along with its synergies with Cambridge and elsewhere. Philippa’s appointment will increase our industry-led activities and support in London in particular, as the cluster continues to grow and require a go-to source of support.”
