Constructive Bio is a VC-backed biotechnology startup based in Whittlesford, Cambridge. Our unique technology turns living cells into biofactories, creating sustainable new materials and therapeutics. What we’re looking for: 

We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Lab Support Associate – Media, to join our Operations team, in a hands-on laboratory support role. You’ll have a strong attention to detail, good organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively, with clear communication skills and a willingness to learn and develop within the role. Experience with aseptic technique and laboratory procedures such as media preparation, sterilisation, and handling laboratory consumables would be advantageous, although training can be provided for the right candidate.
This role is based on 25 hours per week, worked across 5 days between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm
