High levels of self-awareness and a growth mindset are key to understanding yourself and others. But while most of us believe ourselves to be self-aware research has suggested that in fact only 10-15% of us are truly self-aware.

Self-awareness involves being aware of different aspects of ourselves, including our characteristics, behaviours and feelings. By gaining a deeper understanding of how they are perceived by others makes room for growth and change which increases personal effectiveness.

Join Cambridge Network and Belbin for this special 90-minute session if you would like to understand:

  • What real self-awareness looks like
  • The link between self-awareness, job and career satisfaction
  • Why self-awareness is crucial for understanding and working with others in teams
  • The difference between personality and behaviour and why it is important
  • How you can play to your strengths and grow professionally – as an individual and as part of a team

Whatever stage you are at in life, knowing your strengths and playing to them in your job is one of the most transformative things you can do for yourself, and those you work alongside.
