Interview Process

We aim to make the interview process smooth and transparent, ensuring you have a clear understanding of what to expect at each stage.

Step 1: Application Review - After you submit your application, the HRBP and Hiring Manager will review your qualifications.

Step 2: Initial Screening Call - A short Teams call of no more than 45 minutes with our HRBP or Hiring Manager to discuss your background, career goals, motivations and initial alignment with the role and company culture.

Step 3: 1st Stage Interview - If you have had an initial screening call with the HRBP, you will then be asked to meet with the hiring manager. This is an opportunity to dive deeper into your experience, learn more about the role, and see how you might collaborate with the team. This might be in person or over Teams and will last between 45-60 minutes.

Step 4: Panel Interview with Technical/Skills Assessment - Depending on the role, you may be asked to complete a short assessment or task that reflects the kind of work you'll be doing. This helps us understand your approach and problem-solving skills. This will generally be presented to a panel of key stakeholders and takes 60-90 minutes.

Step 5: Final Interview - For key roles, the final stage will involve a meeting with our CEO and Founder. This is an opportunity to discuss how your skills align with the company’s vision and strategic goals. You’ll also have a chance to ask any final questions about the role and the direction of the business.

Step 6: Offer Stage - If we mutually agree that the role is the right fit, we’ll extend a formal offer.

This is a guidance and sometimes we need to deviate from the above to accommodate for leave and other business activities.

At each stage of the recruitment process, we will aim to provide detailed feedback regardless of the outcome.
