We’re growing and need an experienced, proactive Senior Project Manager to work on high-profile projects.

The Role

As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind successful delivery of client work — from initial brief to final output. You’ll lead timelines, budgets, resourcing and communication across multiple complex projects, ensuring we’re always delivering on time, on budget, and above expectation. You’ll be a trusted point of contact for senior clients and a calm, organised presence for the team.

• Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end project delivery for high-profile client accounts
• Create, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, timelines and budgets
• Act as the lead point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction
• Coordinate internal teams (design, dev, content, motion) to deliver against project goals
• Forecast resource requirements and manage capacity across projects
• Proactively identify risks or blockers and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and project objectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement of agency processes and delivery workflows
   
• What We're Looking For
• 5+ years experience in an agency or similar fast-paced creative environment
• Proven experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of creative and digital project workflows (e.g. 3D, video, web, content)
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills
• Budgeting and scheduling expertise
• Confident using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com)
• Calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, solutions-focused
   
• Nice to Haves
• Experience in life sciences, healthcare, or tech sectors
• Exposure to interactive/3D projects or digital platforms like Showpad, Unity, WebGL
• Formal PM training (e.g. Prince2, Agile, PMP) – but attitude and experience matter more
