Presenters:

Victoria Sullivan Chartered FCIPD With over 25 years’ experience, Victoria specialises in providing SMEs and mid-size companies with expertise in all HR professional areas, focusing on how to align their people needs to their business strategy. She is also a qualified executive coach working with business owners and leaders across East Anglia, Hertfordshire and London. 

Jane Cattermole – Jane set up Bay Tree VA in 2008, after working as a PA to senior management for 20 years. Having experienced the liberating power of delegation from both sides of the fence, Jane now runs a team that provides outsourced operational support to clients and Bay Tree VA is a multi-VA, award-winning business. Jane is a speaker and judge at industry events and an active member of the business community in East Anglia.
