ON Office Hours Survey
In the previous update from the VIC we set out how it continues to evolve to be more fully integrated with the wider One Nucleus support and activities. One element we now seek our network’s views on is the developing ON Office Hours initiative within the programme.
Whilst we are always happy to receive enquiries from our members and signpost them to experts who are well placed to provide the answers, we hear the phrase ‘I’ve been meaning to ask… but just haven’t got around to it’ on a not infrequent basis. Generally, we can all be guilty of putting that call off or failing to arrange it when busy on other things, waiting until we really need the answer and hoping the recipient of the call can accept our urgency. That’s just human nature perhaps.
To try and bring that support in a slightly more structured manner, enabling those with emerging questions to set a diary slot easily via an online Office Hours approach where a 1-2-1 slot with an appropriate expert can be pre-booked. Hearing how our network would like us to shape this would be ideal and to that end we have created a short survey. If you felt able to answer that would be much appreciated.
