The web is an amazing place where you can bank, shop, connect with people, be entertained, and so much more. Because the web is so integral to our daily and working lives you'd think everyone has equal access. But that's not always the case.
The team at Studio 24 are website accessibility experts and have built accessible websites for UK Parliament, HS2, RNIB and more. In this session you will learn:
- who accessibility is for
- what the law says
- why an accessible website is good for business
- how to make accessibility improvements to your website
We'll have tasks for you to practice adding content to your website in an accessible way. You can even make improvements to your own website while we're here to help you. Bring a laptop to join in.
